Julie Lehman

My practice offers Counselling, Psychotherapy, QHHT and BQH.

I live in the Lake Macquarie, Hunter area of NSW Australia.

I am trained in EMDR (Trauma and Anxiety Therapy), Resource Therapy (Psychodynamic Interpersonal Therapy) MiCBT (Mindfulness Integrated CBT), as well as Hypnosis and Counselling. I’m thrilled to now offer QHHT and BQH (Quantum Healing Hypnosis).

I create a safe space for you to explore your personal issues and journey, while adhering to utmost confidentiality.
I work with you respectfully in a therapeutic alliance being guided by you, your needs and the issues that are presented.
